It probably is a really good time to buy real estate - monthly payments are about equal to market rents for many of the great deal bank owned listings even in our stable Ann Arbor market. Everything is on sale!

Okay with the market the way it is……I have found another path for real estate…..you dont become a land lord…you dont fix and flip…but u get a monthly check and are a mortgage lein holder…..I think with the market the way it is…this is a better idea….
