Nobody can inside trade your property* 2). No one can fake the balance sheet* 3). No one can fake the vacancy on your commercial strip center*. These are just a few reasons why commercial real estate should be a big part of your overall investment strategy. *Takes into consideration that you take an active role in your "own" investments and don't hand them over to someone who just wants to suck off you (like a management company).
