		<description>Yeah, I work w/ REO&#039;s so that&#039;s a little scary.  Hopefully I don&#039;t run into any psycho&#039;s like this!  We did a &quot;cash for keys&quot; (the home owner cleans the foreclosed home spotless in exchange for a $500-$1000 check from the bank) one day and my partner had his hand on his phone getting ready to dial 911 b/c he thought the dude was on meth.  The dude calmed down &amp; it all worked out, but that&#039;s as close as I have come to a hostile situation.</description>
