Hopefully I don't run into any psycho's like this! We did a "cash for keys" (the home owner cleans the foreclosed home spotless in exchange for a $500-$1000 check from the bank) one day and my partner had his hand on his phone getting ready to dial 911 b/c he thought the dude was on meth. The dude calmed down & it all worked out, but that's as close as I have come to a hostile situation. Yeah, I work w/ REO’s so that’s a little scary. Hopefully I don’t run into any psycho’s like this!
