Client Shoots Real Estate Agent in Rock Hill, South Carolina

JerryOneill - Shot in South CarolinaI am afraid as people feel their savings are disappearing that they will take out their frustration on agents, both real estate and financial.

All I can say is be careful out there.

Police say an 88-year-old client who wanted his down payment back on a deal shot a South Carolina real estate broker.

Rock Hill Police Lt. Michael Belk says Richard Blow burst into a Coldwell Banker office in Rock Hill Wednesday and shot 68-year-old Jerry O’Neil in the abdomen and was taken to a hospital.

Belk says Blow had been charged with assault with intent to kill and could face more charges. Belk says he wanted his money back. via Yahoo

  1. I told a realtor buddy of mine months ago to get all of his real estate sticker crap off of his car before it gets f*cked up. He hasn’t and given the market I say he’s days away from having a brick thrown throw his window–hopefully he won’t be driving when it happens. When it happens I let you guy know.

  2. Brent, That is way too funny. What area are you talking about. Northern Minnesota isn’t affected as others are.

  3. the guy must have been really desparate for his money.
