Certainly they can buy the thing although I can’t see many banks in this climate lending them money for a $75 million mortgage – unless they secure it with their future income from royalties, which is what led Michael Jackson’s last part of his life into so much trouble. And even if they do this, the question is whether they can hold onto it – if musical tastes change, and all of the sudden they’re not popular. Running a place like this would require a staff of 20 people – and unless it was opened to the public as a tourist attraction – would be a white elephant in the future. Good luck to them, even Bill Gates’ house or Warren Buffet’s (houses) cost a lot less – and they are the two richest people in the world. Should tell you something.

WOW! she could of bought part of the wine country for that matter and price she could of bought the entire wine country and the state of california at a fire sale from arnold. Next I guess we will see a wine brand and a vineyard named after her. Oh yeah those are not for sale. I guess money can’t buy everything.

I wouldn’t know what to do whith all the extra rooms! it would take two days to see every part of it from end to end. I’m sure it’s very nice, though if I was in the market for a second home, I would like it to be in front of a lake myself.

Ick. Its so hard for me to watch people who are ridiculously rich buy ridiculously huge houses when there are starving people just a few miles away who cannot pay for food or shelter.
