I enjoyed the article. It is an interesting use of social networking to market real estate. With so many different mediums emerging in the marketplace almost daily, it is hard to keep up.

I read and enjoy your blog. I wanted to suggest a site to check out, which might be good for a post on online tools for real estate agents and sellers. It’s called TweetLister (http://www.tweetlister.com) and it just launched yesterday. TweetLister allows you to post, schedule and manage real estate listings on Twitter, and collect and download contacts you get through those listings. It’s a free service. We’ve already gotten a good amount of buzz, and I would love to read your take on it.

This is good example for social media networking. Most of agents just joined social media sites, but not using after few weeks. Now im getting around 14% web traffic from socal media sites. Quality is not great but still it is free traffic and good for branding.

Twitter is interesting... I'm not sure its really reached its full potential yet, but it certainly shows a lot of promise. I am still trying to figure out how best to use it. I do think that social networking is the next step in real estate sales. I've found its the best way to keep in touch with my "sphere of influence" and can constantly keep them reminded of what I can do for them as a real estate professional.

This is very interesting to me. I have stated over and over that I thought Twitter could never be used to sell or assist the sale of real estate. After reading this I think I have been proved wrong. Congrats to you Mr. Waldow and best of luck with this!

Excellent use of a new [social] medium to connect with clients and potential customers.

Great example of why we need to connect with new technologies.
I have been trying to connect with topical video's hosted on http://youtube.com/dpylyp

I wish you continued success

Twitter is such a hot topic. Everyone does everything on Twitter now. I need to get my site going. It looks like a great way to grow web traffic.
