I'm not sure its really reached its full potential yet, but it certainly shows a lot of promise. I am still trying to figure out how best to use it. I do think that social networking is the next step in real estate sales. I've found its the best way to keep in touch with my "sphere of influence" and can constantly keep them reminded of what I can do for them as a real estate professional.
