It's like, okay, what did just happen. Rich getting richer is right. It's not said enough how many home owners with privately invested mortgages hit brick walls when trying to negotiate with their lender/servicer directly...its a shame! The key is a "complete & correct" submission package to the lender/servicer. That can be quite difficult for a home owner with a lender/servicer is not participating in the HASP program...though not impossible! Great point!
