I completely understand the shared values angle. Sometimes Christians like to do business with others who share their values and lifestyles as well.

I also find it interesting that people would gravitate towards another vegetarian for their real estate agent, but it does not surprise me at all. Personally, I feel better working with those that have similar lifestyles too, so it makes sense that he takes advantage of this niche.

Its interesting that everyone looks for that edge or hook to get noticed (image building). Its no wonder that 57% of all real estate transactions are done by the "branded" agencies. What is the other 43% doing to attact business? In this tranistion period of the real estate industry, it would make more sense to be with some brand that would be an "industry recongnized" name, unfortunatly, the price and restrictions seem too high. Being new to the industry, I'm looking for a "name" or brand for myself while staying independent and not paying the majority of my commission to franchise, advertising, desk fees...etc. Someone should come up with a new idea for the independents who want something different.
