Its no wonder that 57% of all real estate transactions are done by the "branded" agencies. What is the other 43% doing to attact business? In this tranistion period of the real estate industry, it would make more sense to be with some brand that would be an "industry recongnized" name, unfortunatly, the price and restrictions seem too high. Being new to the industry, I'm looking for a "name" or brand for myself while staying independent and not paying the majority of my commission to franchise,advertising,desk fees...etc. Someone should come up with a new idea for the independents who want something different.
