10.9 million dollars is a fair price for the penthouse owned by a celebrity. I do believe there will be a buyer for his Penthouse.

This property will sell quickly…probably after a bidding war. It has a great location, expansive space, and a celebrity resident. This property is an agent’s dream.

Good lord that’s a lot of money! I bet it will go quick because of the previous owner though. It is funny how people are crazy over celebrity status. How many bedrooms and bathrooms does this place have?
What do regular condo’s go for in this place?
