The Top 10 Happiest States in The United States

Are you feeling pretty good in the morning? Odds are you live in a state that has a great deal of warmth and sunshine. Or your state starts with the letter M, because anyone who knows Montana at #7 and Maine at #10 are not the best states for warmth.

Louisiana leads the list, but the researchers do preface the results by saying that the study did start before Hurricane Katrina.

  3. I live in Montana and it is a great place to be, even if it gets a bit cold in the winter. We do need to have higher incomes though, that is the challenge for the state.
