If you need 8 bathrooms in your condo, something doesn't smell right
This is a unique piece of real estate which totals an entire penthouse floor. If you got the $15M I would rather live here than in a larger townhouse with only 6 bathrooms
This property stayed on the market for quite some time, but was finally pulled from the Boston MLS, and is being broken back into two separate units. One of the units (1801) is now back on the market, and is listed at $7 million.
