The CB Richard Ellis company has purchased the Polacheck Company of Milwaukee for 20 million dollars. CB Richard Ellis made this purchase to increase their exposure in the Midwest.
“Polacheck is a perfect cultural and strategic fit for us,” said Jim Reid, president of the eastern division for CB Richard Ellis.
The majority of Polacheck’s 185 brokers, support staff and partners are expected to remain with the company. Polacheck, one of the most active real estate brokerages in the Milwaukee area, was a private firm owned by 14 senior and junior partners. via The Business Journal of Milwaukee
