Start with a prayer, not because you are religious but because of the slim to none chance you have of succeeding. It takes ten years to learn some of this business and a hell of a lot of money. If you are smart, young, and rich, go for the gold. Otherwise, find something else to do. Good luck, whatever your choice.

Ruth, I'm working with mortgage brokers and realtors on a program that shows you how you can originate and close commercial loans. This is a nation-wide program, we have 1100 people in our system. Call me at 720-275-0420 and I'll tell you how it works. Thanks, Ron.

I am afraid that you messed up on your label and heading. Those are not the Top Commercial Real Estate Companies they are the Top Commercial Real Estate Services/Management Companies. There is a huge difference. A Real Estate Company is in the business of owning Real Estate, these companies provide services such as management for Commercial Real Estate, they are not directly in the business of owning the Real Estate.

What about RE/MAX Commercial? Where this classification came from?

I am pretty sure RE/MAX Commercial in volume sales must be above The Staubach Company!

I am currently sitting on an international hedge fund that is investing 100% of an income generating property. Proof of funds(20% liquidity) with all the trimmings of a full business plan is all that is required. 50/50 for 5 years with a 15% buyout option and they walk. Or they simply remain 50/50 after the five. So if you are interested in funding a project for 15 cents on the dollar with no debt service, give me a call. 319.939.3104 or you can visit our website at Cohesionfinance.com. FYI there is no info on the hedge fund on the website because it will likely have a short life span of 5-7 months.

Contact a local commercial real estate company. Most of the companies in the list above will have local offices, or start with their web sites.
