Don’t It Yourself is a site I came across yesterday in the comments over at Jeff Jarvis’s BuzzMachine weblog. It is registered to a company called Knight Images which has a very obscure website that tells almost nothing about themselves, if it is the right website in the first place.
Don’t it Yourself is all about the horrors and risks of doing things yourself and essentially how stupid a person would be do these things. But the funny thing is, peppered throughout the site are references to the real estate industry.
I have 3 questions for you;
- Who put together this site and why are they not upfront about it?
- Do you think it is effective?
- Would this site keep you from trying to sell your own home?
