It's a great add right out of the old TV show Mod Squad but as a resident australian real estate agent I have to say that it's the only funny thing about Australian real estate at the moment.
House prices are in free fall and fuel prices are acting like a mortgage rate hike to further suppress what's already a stagnant marketlace.
For people trying to sell their own home through an agent it could indeed be hair raising times but there are alternatives to the high cost of agents commissions.
