Spelling mansionAlmost before the  body of Aaron Spelling was cold, his wife is dismissing the staff and getting their mansion on the market for 150 million dollars. Aaron Spelling died on June 23, 2006 and three weeks later the home is going on the market.

Doesn’t that give you a warm fuzzy feeling.

TMZ has learned that Candy Spelling, Aaron’s widow, has quietly put the Spellings’ legendary mansion on the market for $150 million.
Sources in the real estate industry say Westside Estate Agency (WEA) has a pocket listing on the 56,000 square foot estate, meaning it is is quietly being shopped among realtors and select buyers. The mansion, located in the exclusive Holmby Hills area of L.A., was completed in 1991 for around $47 million, which includes $10 million for the land. via TMZ.com.

I am one of the very fortunate person on this planet earth to have a rare floor plan of this great estate.

I used to work out at the Holmby Park and would often see Mr. Aaron Spelling and his family pulling up to the driveway. I remember seeing Tori's white BMW convertible in the parking garage.

Rest in peace Mr. Spelling.
