The days of Big Brokerages dominance could be coming to an end?
That is what Kris Berg is talking about in her great article this morning at Inman News. One of the best things I have read this year, and I have read too much on real estate this year, that is for sure.

And when you look at it many of the innovators in the real estate world have gone out on their own in the past couple of years. Is there a reason for this? I do think so.
