Yesterday we published the most expensive states to close a home in, so today I figured we would take the positive route and show you the least expensive states to close a $200,000 home in.
The range for the least expensive closings is fairly tight, from the 1st position North Carolina to the 10th if Indiana is only $228. Compare that to the $657 dollar difference between the most expensive place New York to the 10th most expensive place Colorado.
Again, the caveat, that each home closing is different and these numbers are only to be used as a guide to compare the different states.
