All are beautiful places. No wonder smart people are attracted to them. Are they all university towns ?
I don’t think of the Stamford and Bethesda areas as univesity towns.
I wouldn't use the word smartest to describe towns ranked by education statistics. I think highest educated would be better. We all know that degrees/diplomas don't necessarily reflect intelligence.
Where are the metrics for this one? A college degree does not necessarily mean that you are smart.
This is a chart of the top 10 most educated cities in the country, not the top 10 with the smartest people. They may be the smartest but the level of education is not a good indicator of that. I know some educated idiots and some very smart people who are not highly educated.
