I just watched the video and thought it was quite interesting (more amusing actually). I have no idea what value Trulia brings to marketplace. Sure a couple of cool web 2.0+ bells and whistles – but those are being found everywhere. I would sure not want to be an investor in Trulia. Just my thoughts. Would love to know more about why that may just not be the case.
