When to Start Feng Shui

by Tom Royce on January 7, 2006

I found this interesting blog which is all about the  ancient art of Feng Shui. They had this interesting post on when to implement Feng Shui.

Now that the Western New Year is behind us, it is the time to begin thinking next year in terms of Feng Shui. The new year according to Feng Shui begins February 4th. There are two types of New Year events in Chinese culture. There is the Lunar New Year which will be celebrated on January 29th and there is the Solar New Year which begins February 4th.

The Lunar New Year is often mistakenly used in Feng Shui. Since Feng Shui is based on the seasonality of things, the correct time to implement changes is February 4th. Remember that Feng Shui is based on the Solar Calendar. 168 Feng Shui Advisors
