- Lessons from Harrison Ford’s DIY Home Project – The Frugal Duchess has some good tips. The fourth to add in my books is if the husband knows he can not do it as well as the handy man and her friends can see the work, return to the recliner and call the professional.
- The Bell Tolls for Thee – The SoCal Bubble Blogger has a post on the risks that Bob Toll of Toll Brothers is taking by issuing a rosy outlook for the company.
- Real Estate and Ethics: Collision or Harmony? – Tim over at Rain City Guide discusses some issues that faced a local mortgage company that flamed out and things to watch out for when doing business. Great post.
