I would love you to tell me some of the crazy situations that you run into when trying to close a home sale. Things in real estate that are pure madness because of “we have always done it that way” or the failure of new technology and tradition coming together.

This video is a great example of what is wrong with Real Estate right now. I wouldn't say it is completely broken, but some fixes are in order.
