If you are interested in using video in your marketing mix, I found this tonight via Jeff Jarvis’s site. It is how Google is going to be inserting advertisements in YouTube videos.
It looks very cool and could have a first mover for some smart real estate marketers.

I have always thought of video as best used embedded, not played off the directory itself.
And the use of embedded videos on legit sites are few and far between.
So I wonder who will run an ad on these videos? And if I have a real estate tour video, and a competitor comes up will I continue to use YouTube?
Either way the viewership is so poor among target viewers I would think there are better places to burn cash.
