If you are looking to move to a rural county in the United States, Progressive Farmer has come up with this list of the Top 10 Best Places to Live in Rural America. The criteria that was used to create the list looks like it includes commerce, quality of healthcare, education, and a strong farming heritage slanted towards the small farmer.
